as usual.

2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 here)

This event is taking place across the weekend of Thu 23rd, Fri 24th, Sat 25th, Sun 26th June 2011 in Norfolk. As with the Lotus 2006 event and the highly successful sell-out EuroTec events in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, this will be centred around club member, Arran Jamieson's private hotel.
Attendance at these events is always high, and 2010's event had 125 people attend, of which 45 were DeLorean owners with 35 DeLorean cars.

As with the last 5 years, this event will be a guaranteed sell-out, and the best rooms will be allocated in booking order. To book your room or for more details click here. As of June 2010, already 58 people are booked in and confirmed as attending, travelling from the UK, Ireland, Europe and even the USA!, with 24 DeLorean cars already booked over a year in advance!

As previously, the basis of the weekend will be around 'Workshop
/ Tech sessions' throughout the weekend, as well as socialising and
meeting new faces. A workshop marquee will be set up to provide
shelter and areas of work, and as before we will take over the bar
for the weekend!
Specialists will be on hand to provide us with technical and hands
on assistance over the course of the event. This will involve engine
tuning, wheel alignment, minor bodywork re-graining / repairs,
torsion bar adjustments, etc. etc.! Many more 'activities' are
planned, details to follow. A rolling road/dyno is provisionally
booked for the Friday.
Confirmed as attending again (and staying at the hotel):
- Chris Nicholson from PJ Grady (Europe)
- Darren Lampert from PJ Grady (Europe)
- Ed Uding from DeLorean Europe
- Stephen Wynne, President of DeLorean Motor Company (Texas)
- Nick Sutton - Former Employee of DMC (1978-1983)
- Phyllis Sutton - Former Employee of DMC (1979-1982)
We are also pleased to announce:
- Chris and Darren from PJ Grady (Europe) will be attending with both the DeLorean "Pilot 19" car and the DeLorean "Pilot 20" car. Pilot 19 is currently being painstakingly restored by Chris Nicholson of PJ Grady (Europe).

As in previous years we will be arranging a scenic drive and other
activities over the weekend (mainly on the Saturday) - more details to be
announced later. There will be plenty of entertainment throughout
the weekend, with something for everyone.
If you have any questions regarding booking etc. you can email Arran directly via the email link on the
contact page of the hotel website.
As before, the event is being co-organised by Mike B. with help from
Alistair V, Nick T and Glen H.
Anyone is welcome to come along for the day - please just email Arran
(at the hotel address) though if you're bringing a DeLorean so we've got an idea of
numbers, or mention it on the
EuroTec forum. And the event will be video streamed over the
internet for the duration of the weekend. Please visit the official discussion forum for
this event (the UK's DeLorean forum) at

DeLorean Drivers Offer:
This year once again, in an attempt to get
closer to 50(!) cars attending,
and to reward those who are helping to maintain the hotel's
"glamorous" image, one owner
of each DeLorean car in attendance will receive up to a £40 food
credit (pro-rata according to stay, only applies to
those who stay, food credit only, and only covers the meals specified below - Friday
night to Sunday morning). A proper BTTF conversion counts as double!
i.e.:
a single occupancy who arrives in a DeLorean won't pay for food at all.
2 people in a twin or double room who arrive in 2 DeLoreans (or 1 BTTF
conversion) won't pay for food at all.
2 people in a twin or double room who arrive in 1 DeLorean will both pay
the equivalent of half price for food.
B&B Rates:
(these rates were set in June 2010 and apply to confirmed bookings made now. They will increase at some point. Once you have booked then your food and accommodation prices are locked in, even when the rate of V.A.T. goes up. Book now to get the best price - you can always cancel later!)

Generally most people stay for Friday and Saturday night (although 30 people stayed on Thursday too this year, and many people are stayed even longer! - already someone booked in for 1 week in 2011!).
